Here is the problem we set out to solve. Most business AI today means sending your data to someone else's cloud. For a lot of organizations that is a non-starter: client records, financials, contracts, health information, and proprietary data have no business leaving your environment. Private AI on infrastructure we own
Micro Advantage now operates a self-hosted AI platform running entirely on our own hardware. Nothing sent to it touches a public AI provider. Prompts, documents, and outputs never leave the environment.
It handles the work businesses actually want from AI: drafting and summarization, question answering over your own documents, structured data extraction, image understanding, and complex multi-step reasoning. It speaks the same industry-standard API as the big providers, so existing AI tools and applications connect to it without modification. Every user and application gets its own access key, and all usage is metered, so there is real accountability and reporting instead of a black box.
And when even our environment is one step too far, we take the same platform to you. We design and deploy dedicated private AI systems on the customer's own premises, sized to the workload and managed by us, so the data never leaves your building in the most literal sense.

Data transformation: making your data work for you
The platform is only half the story. The other half is what we do with it: taking the data a business already has and transforming it into something useful.
We are running these pipelines in production today. Product photos go in, and accurate catalog descriptions and market valuations come out. A pile of support documents becomes a searchable knowledge base that answers questions in plain language, grounded in your own content instead of guesses. Legacy records get extracted, cleaned, and structured. Because it all runs on the private platform, the data never leaves to be transformed.

One thing has not changed. Nothing in your environment gets modified without a human engineer reviewing and approving it.
